• Withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible.

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account, whether under your own name or the name of another person.

All content on the tdaje platform — including but not limited to the tdaje brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, audiovisual elements, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of tdaje or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tdaje platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, copy, or duplicate any part of the platform or its content.
• Redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit any content from the platform.
• Create derivative works based on the platform or its content.
• Use tdaje's trademarks, trade names, or branding in any way not expressly authorised by tdaje in writing.

All game content made available through the tdaje platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game studio or provider (e.g., Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe). Use of such content is subject to the relevant provider's licensing terms in addition to these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tdaje shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from a player's own decisions, wagering activity, or failure to read and understand the rules of a game or market.

Where tdaje's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tdaje provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

tdaje reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration or verification information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed engagement in money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
• Engagement in any form of prohibited conduct as described in Section 07 above.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, tdaje will endeavour to notify the account holder and resolve the matter within a reasonable timeframe. Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, tdaje reserves the right to withhold any balance derived from the prohibited activity. Legitimately deposited funds that are not connected to the breach will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closures will be processed within five business days, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after any outstanding wagering requirements have been assessed.
